Control plan along hole production process

Casuso Propellers have technical resources and human capabilities to carry on an accurate control and follow up of the hole production process for the different components of propulsion systems of the naval industry.

• All our pieces are manufactured according to our technical instructions and procedures and our master quality manual. This is the result of the implementation of ISO 9000/2000 in our factory since 2004
• Our control plan from casting to final inspection is based in the planning, control and continuous improvement in all phases of the process.
• Finishing to the required level "S", "I" and "II" according to ISO 484-1981
• We are homologated for manufacturing for all classification societies (ABS, BV, DNV, LRS, GL, RINA,….) since 2001
• Staff capability END II for liquid penetrant test.
• Approved welding repair procedure for all classification societies according to the latest welding international norms.
